We visited Seville, Spain last weekend and stumbled upon the still unfinished Metropol Parasol designed by Jurgen Mayer. The crazy pavilion is located in the heart of the old city in the Plaza de la Encarnación. I was curious if construction was still continiuing before we visited the site (because there hasn't been much blog activity recently about the project), however it seems that construction is still moving ahead (slowly). Anyway, here are some photos of it at its current state...
